Located in Glasgow's Partick area on the River Clyde, the Riverside Museum is a transport museum designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and opened in June 2011. Replacing the earlier Glasgow Museum of Transport, the building occupies a prominent position at Pointhouse Quay as part of the Glasgow Harbour regeneration project. It won the 2013 European Museum of the Year Award and houses exhibits of national and international significance. A pedestrian and cycle bridge to Govan, opened in 2024, now connects the museum across the Clyde.
