The Stuyvesant Fish House, a brick and limestone Italianate mansion at 25 East 78th Street in Manhattan, was designed by Stanford White of McKim, Mead & White in 1898 for railroad executive Stuyvesant Fish. The building's ownership has shifted significantly since its construction: Les Wexner acquired it in 1985 for $13.25 million to serve as office space for Limited, Inc., and sold it in 2000 for approximately $32 million. In 2006, Michael Bloomberg purchased the house to function as headquarters for Bloomberg Philanthropies and Willett Advisors.
