The Peabody is a three-and-a-half-story Tudor Revival brick apartment building located at 195–197 Ashmont Street in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood. Designed by local architect Edwin J. Lewis Jr. and constructed in 1896–97, it was built as a companion to the nearby All Saints' Church, both structures fronting Peabody Square. The building takes its name from its original owners, Oliver and Mary Lothrop Peabody, who, alongside Lewis, played a key role in developing the area and helped fund its construction. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
