The Therazhundur Vedapureeswarar Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva, located in Mayiladuthurai district of Tamil Nadu (historically known as Thirunedungalam). Built in the Dravidian architectural style, the temple houses the principal deity Vedapureeswarar alongside his consort Soundaraambigai, with a shrine to Madesvarar situated to the right. The Archaeological Survey of India has documented two significant Tamil inscriptions on the temple's door jamb, written in 12th-century script and dated to the 34th and 44th regnal years of Kulottunga Chola I, attesting to the temple's importance during the Imperial Chola period.
