Located in Tonawanda, New York, this Colonial Revival post office was designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury Department under Louis A. Simon and constructed between 1939 and 1940. The building's principal façade features a central pavilion topped with a cupola and flanked by end pavilions with gable roofs, characteristic of the Colonial Revival style. The interior originally housed a mural by artist Symeon Shimin, which has since been removed and lost. A northern addition was constructed in 1964. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
