Vuurduin is a cast-iron lighthouse standing 17 metres tall on the Dutch island of Vlieland, designed by architect Quirinus Harder and erected in 1909. Originally the front light of a leading lights system in IJmuiden, it was repositioned atop one of the Vuurboetsduin, among the Netherlands' highest sand dunes at 45 metres elevation. A lookout tower was added adjacent to the structure in 1929, and the cupola underwent renovation in 1986. Though a lighthouse keeper remains on-site, the beacon now operates fully automated. The tower is designated a Rijksmonument, recognizing its heritage significance.
