The W. F. Carter House is a Classical Revival frame dwelling built around 1908 in Mount Airy, Surry County, North Carolina. The two-story structure features a prominent central portico with Ionic columns on the upper level and a continuous one-story Doric porch beneath it, spanning the full width of the three-bay façade. Originally constructed as a modest home, the house was later enlarged and remodeled to achieve its present neoclassical character. A contributing outbuilding remains on the property. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
