The Whitney–Farrington–Cook House was a historic wood-frame residence in Waltham, Massachusetts, built around 1858 as a notable example of Italianate architecture. The two-and-a-half-story structure featured a three-bay facade with a single-story porch supported by Tuscan columns spanning its width. Its main entry was framed by sidelights and simple pilasters, crowned with an entablature. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, the house was demolished circa 2012.
