Standing 158 meters (518 feet) tall with 36 storeys, 1501 McGill College—also known as La Tour McGill—is a postmodern skyscraper located on McGill College Avenue in downtown Montreal. Designed by WZMH Architects and completed in 1992, it was finished simultaneously with two of the city's tallest buildings, 1000 de La Gauchetière and 1250 René-Lévesque. The tower is directly connected to McGill Metro station via Montreal's Underground City, integrating it into the city's pedestrian network.
