Le V is a 40-storey hotel and residential tower completed in 2014 on René Lévesque Boulevard West in downtown Montreal. Rising 138 metres, it ranks as the city's tenth-tallest building. The lower twelve floors house a 212-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel, which opened in September 2013, while the upper twenty-eight floors contain 240 rental apartments branded under the Le V name. Construction began in 2011.
