Allianz Field is a soccer-specific stadium in Saint Paul, Minnesota, designed by Kansas City-based architectural firm Populous and completed in 2019. Built on the former 35-acre Saint Paul bus barn site near Interstate 94 and Snelling Avenue, the $200 million privately financed venue opened on April 13, 2019, as the home of Minnesota United FC of Major League Soccer. The stadium seats 19,400 spectators and was constructed by Mortenson Construction, the firm responsible for U.S. Bank Stadium and other Twin Cities sports facilities. In North American competitions, advertising regulations require the stadium to be identified as Saint Paul Stadium.
