The Chinese People's Liberation Army Forces Hong Kong Building, located on Lung Wui Road in Admiralty on Hong Kong Island, is a 113-metre brutalist skyscraper completed in 1979. Constructed of reinforced concrete, this 28-floor structure serves as the headquarters of the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison and houses the Central Barracks, occupying a site within the former HMS Tamar naval base. The building's imposing brutalist design exemplifies the stark architectural vocabulary of its era.
