The Cira Centre is a 29-story, 437-foot office tower designed by César Pelli in Philadelphia's University City neighborhood, completed in 2004–05. Built on a platform spanning rail tracks, the silvery glass-clad skyscraper sits directly adjacent to Amtrak's 30th Street Station and connects to it via a pedestrian bridge from the lobby. The 731,852-square-foot building houses office space alongside retail and restaurant amenities, a conference center, and a nine-story parking garage. Its facade features an LED wall system, designed by Cline Bettridge Bernstein Lighting Design, capable of producing dynamic color patterns and effects across much of the structure's exterior.
