Innis College is a constituent college of the University of Toronto, located on the St. George campus directly north of Robarts Library and completed in 1964. Designed by architects Jack Diamond and Barton Myers Associates, the building blends mid-century modern and Victorian architectural styles. The college, which houses approximately 2,000 students and is the university's second smallest college by population, is named after the prominent political economist Harold Innis. A distinctive feature is Innis Town Hall, a fully equipped cinema that hosts film festivals, free screenings, and cultural programming, including serving as a venue for Hot Docs, North America's largest documentary film festival.
