M Resort Spa Casino is a boutique hotel, spa, and casino located in Henderson, Nevada, eight miles south of the Las Vegas Strip and the southernmost casino in the Las Vegas Valley. Designed and built by Marnell Corrao Associates and named after the Marnell family, the resort opened on March 1, 2009, following construction that began in September 2007. The original property featured a 92,000-square-foot casino and a 16-story tower containing 390 rooms. Currently owned by Gaming and Leisure Properties and operated by Penn Entertainment, the M has expanded with a second tower completed in late 2025, bringing total room capacity to 765. The resort entered a partnership with the Las Vegas Raiders football team in 2019.
