The Signature at MGM Grand is a condo-hotel consisting of three 38-story towers with 1,728 units, located at the MGM Grand resort in Paradise, Nevada, near the Las Vegas Strip. Developed by MGM Mirage and Turnberry Associates following its 2002 announcement, the complex was constructed on the former site of the MGM Grand Adventures Theme Park, with the first tower opening in May 2006. The towers are connected to the MGM Grand, and individual unit owners were offered the opportunity to rent their properties through MGM, splitting revenues with the resort. Beginning in 2007, hundreds of buyers filed lawsuits against the property, alleging that sales presentations had been misleading and that rental income fell short of expectations.
