Opal's Steak House, a restaurant built between 1946 and 1948 at 871 Park Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas, exemplifies Art Moderne design with its curved stucco facade and horizontal lines. Constructed to serve tourists drawn to the area's thermal springs, it occupied a strategic location on U.S. Route 70, the principal highway connecting Little Rock and Hot Springs. The building was renamed the Golden Drumstick Restaurant in 1952 and has subsequently housed a clothing store, furniture store, and laundromat. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on February 11, 2004.
