The Perelman Performing Arts Center, also known as 6 World Trade Center, is a multi-space performing arts venue at the northeast corner of the World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan, located at the intersection of Vesey, Fulton, and Greenwich Streets. Designed by Joshua Ramus and Davis Brody Bond with structural engineering by Magnusson Klemencic Associates, the building was part of the site's reconstruction following the September 11 attacks. Named for billionaire Ronald Perelman, who contributed $75 million toward its construction, the center spans approximately 90,000 square feet across three floors. Below-ground construction began in August 2017, with the above-ground frame constructed in 2020, and the facility opened on September 13, 2023.
