The Grandview is a historic apartment hotel located at 82 Munroe Street in Somerville, Massachusetts, built in 1896. Situated near the top of Prospect Hill, the building commands expansive views of the Boston area and exemplifies Colonial Revival architecture with well-preserved period detailing. Apartment hotels of this type were a characteristic feature of Somerville's urban landscape during the late nineteenth century. The building was recognized for its historical significance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
