The Henderson is a 36-storey office skyscraper designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and completed in 2024 in Central, Hong Kong's Central and Western District. Rising 190 metres, it occupies the site of 2 Murray Road, a plot purchased by Henderson Land Development in 2017 for US$3 billion—reportedly the world's most expensive at the time. Construction began in 2019 following demolition of an existing car park. As of January 2026, the building achieved 90% occupancy, housing multinational corporations and financial institutions including investment firms Point72, Coller Capital, and General Atlantic; hedge fund Aeonea; investment manager Cohen & Steers; law firms Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and Nishimura & Asahi; luxury brand Audemars Piguet; and auction house Christie's.
