Trammell Crow Center is a 50-story postmodern skyscraper completed in 1985 at 2001 Ross Avenue in downtown Dallas's Arts District. Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the tower rises 708 feet and features a polished and flamed granite façade wrapping 1.2 million square feet of office space. Originally constructed as headquarters for Ling-Temco-Vought, it ranks as Dallas's sixth-tallest building. At street level, the Trammell & Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art occupies the base, providing public access to the owners' art holdings. Beginning in 2017, Stream Realty undertook extensive renovations to modernize the building, adding over 20,000 square feet of retail, a conference center, and fitness facilities on the lower floors.
