Two Bayou Methodist Church and Cemetery, located in rural Ouachita County, Arkansas, west of Camden, is a vernacular Greek Revival wood-frame church built in 1875 by J. T. Mendenhall. The single-story structure remains little altered since its construction and served as an active place of worship from its completion through the 1940s. The adjacent cemetery, situated just south of the building, contains markers dating from 1850 to 1948, documenting the burial ground's primary period of use. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
