The Trust Bank Building is a 140-metre skyscraper completed in 1970 in Johannesburg's Central Business District, originally serving as the head office of Trust Bank of South Africa. The building houses one of the country's largest bank vaults, reflecting its significance as a financial institution. Sharing its height with several other major Johannesburg towers including the ABSA Tower and Standard Bank Centre, the Trust Bank Building exemplifies the skyline standardization that emerged during the city's mid-century development. The building was sold in February 2003 for Rand 6.4 million.
