Vaithamanidhi Perumal Temple, located in Thirukkolur village in Thoothukudi district, Tamil Nadu, is one of the nine Nava Tirupathi temples dedicated to Vishnu and ranks among the 108 Divya Desams. Built in Dravidian architectural style, the temple features a three-tiered rajagopuram (gateway tower) and is enclosed by a granite wall containing its shrines. Worshippers venerate Vishnu here as Vaithamanidhi Perumal alongside his consort Lakshmi as Kolurvalli. The temple gained spiritual significance through celebrations in the Nalayira Divya Prabandham, a 6th–9th-century Tamil devotional canon composed by the Alvar saints. Following Tenkalai tradition, it observes daily rituals and three annual festivals, with the ten-day Vaikuntha Ekadashi festival in December–January and the Aavani festival among its most important observances. The temple is administered by the Hindu Religious and Endowment Board of Tamil Nadu.
