The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is a 47-story luxury hotel and condominium tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and completed in 2009 as part of the CityCenter complex on the Las Vegas Strip. Originally developed by MGM Mirage and Dubai World and operated as the Mandarin Oriental, it opened on December 4, 2009, on the former site of the Boardwalk hotel-casino. The building houses 389 hotel rooms accessed via a lobby on the 23rd floor, with 225 condominium residences occupying the upper stories. In 2018, following a $214 million acquisition by Tiffany Lam and Andrew and Peggy Cherng, the hotel was rebranded under the Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts banner and is now managed by Hilton Worldwide.
